Embroidery Note; Due to the design of this hat embroidery on this hat is a little more difficult than on other standard Ear Hats so the charge is slightly higher.

This is what makes the ears round, gives them form and substance. it DOES NOT make them stand up on their own! These hats are shipped FLAT. This is how we get them from Disney, this is how Disney gets them from the manufacturer, this is how they are made, and have always been made. If you want the ears on your hat to “Stand Up” on their own, you will need to do some modifications of your own, such as binder clips at the base of each ear, on the sides, or a super thin thread attached to the tip of the ear, connecting it to the edge of the hat.
